Congratulations, Bay Robotics!

For the first time in school history, the Bay Robotics team (8840) won a regional championship! The team competed against 40 others in the FIRST Robotics 2024 Central Valley Regional held in Fresno. The build season began in January and the robot was designed, assembled, tested, and further refined over the past three months. Team 8840 competed in randomly assigned groups of three over the course of the tournament, and emerged victorious. The robot’s multi-functional and reliable design led the team to be selected in the finals. The final alliance included a team from Taipei, Redwood City, and Madera.
