Aaron’s most influential educational experience was his graduate program in Madrid. He joined Bay in 2018 as our Dean of Students; prior to this he was a Spanish teacher for many years. In 2022, he returned to the classroom to teach Spanish at Bay. He tells the best dad jokes and reps Minnesota hard—socks, mugs, you name it.
Precept affinity: We value patience with ourselves and others; we don’t rush to judgment. “It's one of the toughest but most important as we work against our human inclination to judge (and be harsh on ourselves as well).”
