Looking back throughout her education, Faven would say her biggest success was learning how to fail. Through difficult classes in high school and personal challenges in college, self doubt creeped in. Support from teachers, peers and herself helped Faven learn how to give grace and be okay with failure in some places to become a success overall. "A few failures did not turn me into a less curious, thoughtful, or ambitious student; it gave me the opportunity to be all of that and more."
