Experiencing high school with a graduating class of six, Hayden was able to foster very close relationships with her teachers and classmates growing up. Learning in such an intimate and intentional community proved to be a powerful force and is something she hopes to bring with her to Bay.

Teaching science allows Hayden to stay curious and learn alongside her students, particularly with Bay's emphasis on experiential learning.
