Christina still remembers the lessons she learned from her high school human anatomy and physiology teacher, appreciating a style that exuded kindness and upheld high expectations, while spreading humor. She knows the greatest educational growth comes when you're encouraged to stretch, laugh at yourself, and see your capabilities to bring out your best. While she didn't become a doctor, the skills of perspective, problem-solving, resilience-building and taking risks she learned then have transferred over to many areas of her life today.

When not at Bay, you can find Christina discovering new and delectable eateries, cooking, reading, listening to podcasts, and enjoying nature.

Precept affinity: We value patience with ourselves and others; we don't rush to judgement. "One of my life's joys has been discovering each person's story, and learning more about their journey. More often than not, we walk away all the richer, with greater empathy and awe, when we give the space and time for others and ourselves.
